Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may also require a 50% deposit until further notice. This policy allows me to properly prepare for your appointment and fill reserved time when needed. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled due to other scheduled appointments. Appointment Prep: Please arrive with little to no jewelry and wear clothing you do not mind getting stained.
